At Brunswick Billiards, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process for items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned product to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
